-HIC's will want More Consumption because they can Afford it - creating a Higher Standard of Living. Some Countries may even just Import most of it [Luxembourg] -NEE's will have an Accelerating Consumption, like China. This is all because of Industry beginning to Boom as well as the Population becoming more Better off [Wants and Needs] -LIC's will have a Low Consumption for 2 Reasons. Either they can't be able to Get the Resources out for Energy usage or they can't Afford to Import the Energy
