CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH AFFECT CRIMINAL LIABLITY:shall be taken into consideration when the offended party in the spouse, ascendant, descendant, legitimate, natural, or adopted brother or sister, or relative by affinity in the same degrees of the offender.
