Notice of junk vehicle must state

Nuisance must be abated within 10 days of the date the notice was delivered or mailed. Any hearing must be made before the end of the 10th day. If the address of the owner is unkown the notice can be placed on the junk vehicle itself. if notice is returned undelivered the abatement can still be completed by LE no earlier than the 11th day
