No person may operate an sUAS over a human being unless?

1.) That human being is directly participating in the operation of the sUAS 2.) That human being is located under a covered structure or inside a stationary vehicle that can provide reasonable protection from a falling sUAS 3.) The operation meets the requirements of at least one of teh operational categories specified ins Subpart D of Part 107 - Category 1 - Category 2 - Category 3 - Category 4
