• Polyspecific AHG (Polyvalent or broad-spectrum Coombs’ serum)

 Contains antibodies to both IgG and complement (can detect IgM)  Antibody to C3 component (CD3) are more desirable in the reagent, as these are more abundant on the RBC surface during complement activation and lead to fewer false-positive reactions.
