What are the clinical manifestations with Cholecystitis?

Condition may be acute with sudden onset of indigestion, nausea and vomiting, severe colicky pain in upper right quadrant of the abdomen. *Pain may be referred to the right shoulder and scapula; pain resulting from Cholecystitis sometimes is mistaken for a cardiac problem because of pain that is felt in epigastric region and radiating to the back
