Pregunta:
So what does the kidney do to maintain blood pressure
Autor: Lapras FanRespuesta:
The kidney regulates the amount of sodium in the blood to then regulate the volume of the plasma ( ECF ) in the artery which then regulates the blood pressure This is done by the release of aldosterone when there is low ECF volume which then increases the activity of Na+ channels and Na/K ATPase activity in the collecting duct
