Major depressive episode - clinical description

An extremely depressed mood accompanied with anhedonia. Lasts most of the day, nearly everyday for at least two weeks. At least four of the following: indecisiveness, feelings of worthlessness, fatigue, appetite change, restlessness, feeling slowed down.
