How do MSCs differentiate?

Either divide to self renew to give birth to new ones. Or differentiate themselves irreversibly in two major pathways: Lymphoid stem cell gives T and B lymphocytes Myeloid stem cell gives 5 determined cells (erythrocytes, thrombocytes, granulocytes, monocytes)
