level questions: Evolution and Natural Selection

QuestionAnswer
How can Variation occur?-This can happen from either Mutation, or Sexual Reproduction
What does Natural Selection mean, in a nutshell?-Natural Selection is simply the Idea that allows Advantageous Phenotypes [So Good Mutations] to be Exploited and Flourished -This is because the Better Mutation is related to the Conditions and Environment, having an Advantage to Live and Reproduce -If they have an Increased Chance of Survival, then the Proportion of the Next Generation, who has the Better Mutation will be Larger -Across a long period of time, the Better Mutation will become simply Normal in all the Population, as its more Adaptive and Efficient
What can Natural Selection lead to?-Natural Selection can eventually lead to Evolution
What does Evolution mean?-This is the Change of Inherited Characteristics of a Population over Time, via Natural Selection -In other words, its literally the Species Adapting
How can the rate of Reproduction depend on how the Evolution Rate?-If it can Reproduce in a Shorter amount of time, that means the Inherited Characteristics, or Benefited Genes, can be carried to Future Generations Quicker, therefore lowing the amount of time for the Species to Adapt [Evolve]
If a Species changes into a New Species, is that classed as Evolution? -How can this happen?-Yes it is, as it still links with the Phenotype changes, which is all due to the Genotype changing from the Inherited Characteristics -This can happen due to a Physical Barrier separating 2 Populations of a Species. -The Conditions on either side will most likely be Different, so that means the Phenotypes will change accordingly to survive the Longest, therefore changing the Populations, until they can not Breed
