What exactly is Retention?-This is when the Employee stays in the Business for a Long Time. This is helpful for all Businesses
Why is it Important to have a High Retention Rate?-Staff stays Longer = Lower Recruitment and Selection = Less Costs -Retained Staff are more Familiar and Comfortable which can lead to more Effective Output -Morale and Motivation will be kept high, Everyone knows each other -Reputation is kept High; Better chance at Hiring someone with better Skills
