Support for two new languages: Rromani and Esperanto

Hey guys! Could you please add two new languages to the supported languages (without audio, only writing would suffice) - Rromani and Esperanto?
Below you can find all the special characters that should be included for each language:
Rromani
à, ä, è, ï, ù, ç, ć, ǵ, ś, ℨ, ź, θ
č, dž, ȟ, š, ž
Esperanto
ĉ, ĝ, ĥ, ĵ, ŝ, ŭ
Additional info for Esperanto: usually diacritics are replaced in the x-system, meaning that the letter x can be used to write up diacritics - for example, ĉ can be written as cx. If possible to add a feature to allow cx and so on to be read correctly as ĉ when typed it would be great.
