What is the when caution
You do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention, when questioned something which you may later rely on in court. anything you do say can be given in evidence.
Theft definition
A person is guilty of theft if he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it.
Burglary 91a
A person is guilty of burgalry if he intentionally enters any building or part of a building as a trespasser, and with the intent to steal anything in the building or part of a building or inflict on any person therein any grievous bodily harm, or doing unlawful damage to the building or anything therein.
Burglary 91b
Having entered any building or part of a building as a trespasser he steals or attempts to steal anything in the building or part of it or inflicts or attempts to inflict on any person therein any grievous bodily harm.
Robbery
A person is guilty of robbery if he steals, and immediately before or at the time of doing so, and in order to do so, he uses force on any person or puts or seeks to put any person in fear of being then and there subjected to force.
Criminal damage
A person who without lawful excuse destroys or damages any property belonging to another intending to destroy or damage any such property or being reckless as to whether any such property would be destroyed or damaged shall be guilty of an offence.

An assault is committed when a person intentionally or recklessly causes another to apprehend the immediate infliction of unlawful force. A battery is committed when a person intentionally or recklessly applies unlawful force to another
S47- Assault occasioning ABH
A person intentionally or recklessly assaults another, thereby causing Actual Bodily Harm.
S20 - GBH
Whosoever shall unlawfully and maliciously wound another person or to inflict grievous bodily harm upon another person.
S18 - GBH with Intent
Whosoever shall unlawfully and maliciously by any means whatsoever wound or cause any grievous bodily harm to any person, with intent, to do some grievous bodily harm to any person, or with intent to resist or prevent the lawful apprehension or detainer of any person.
S16 - Threats to Kill
A person who without lawful excuse makes to another a threat, intending that that other would fear it would be carried out, to kill that other or a third person shall be guilty of an offence.

An individual commits an offense if, with the intent to cause harassment, alarm, or distress to a person, they engage in threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behavior, disorderly conduct, or display any threatening, abusive, or insulting writing, sign, or visible representation, resulting in such harassment, alarm, or distress to that person or another.
S4 POA - fear of provocation of violence
Uses towards another person threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or distribute or display to another person any threatening, abusive, or insulting writing, sign, or visible representation with the intention to make that person believe that immediate unlawful violence will be directed at them or someone else by any individual, or to incite the immediate use of unlawful violence by that person or another, or if it is likely to make that person believe that such violence will be employed or that it is likely to provoke such violence
S3 POA - affray
Guilty of affray if he uses or threatens unlawful violence towards another and his conduct is such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety.
S2 POA - violent disorder
Where 3 or more persons who are present together use or threaten unlawful violence and the conduct of them taken together is such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety, each of the persons using or threatening unlawful violence is guilty of violent disorder
S1 POA - Riot
Where 12 or more persons who are present together use or threaten unlawful violence for a common purpose and the conduct of them taken together is such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for his personal safety, each of the persons using unlawful violence for the common purpose is guilty of riot
