Acupressure
Complementary and alternative therapy that uses gentle pressure at points on the body; used primarily to prevent and relieve symptoms of muscle tension
Acupuncture
Complementary and alternative therapy that stimulates certain points on the body by the insertion of special needles to modify the perception of pain, normalize physiologic functions, and to treat or prevent disease.
Alternative therapies
