Changing answer options difficulty

Hi, I was wondering how to change the difficulty of the multiple choice options for answers. Previously, the options included answers from other parts of the course, but now it's just animals and random objects, making it far too easy, and I'm not learning anything, due to there only being one obvious answer. Is there a way to fix this?
