Allow user to build the quiz freely

After we learn flashcards we want to test how good we master them by quizzes.I want to build my own quizzes rather than just just do flashcards in a test mode .In addition to build quizzes,I would also like to set the timer for the test myself,and display leaderboard afterwards.thanks
